Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Troopsdisplay Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking with the provider. After that, we will share what we found and what we plan to do.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
